Departure Sofielunds Folkets Hus Malmö at 13.00 arrival at Hotel Mare on Armgartstraße 14 ca 18.00. City walk and a very nice evening at Kleinhuis Restaurantschiff situated by the river Elbe in Museumshafen. On the way home to the hotel we droped in at Max & Consorten.
Anders Järnegren and Karin Holzapfel met us at the hotel in Hamburg when we arrived. Later in the evening Wolfgang Ehrhardt joined us at the Kleinhuis restaurant on the historical ferry boat Bergedorf.

Meeting with interns from Germany, Paris France and Cuba who make a 43 minute show every week. On the air 24 hour a day. Demo of the automated radio studio with traffic lights in the hallway indicating if it's on the air. Katrin Jäger and Peter Gehlsdorf are the supervisors.
TV[redigera]
Meeting Kolja Hoock and Robin Schmidt
- Short 10 minute show of content examples from TIDE
- 9 employees for administration, total network of ca 250 people over the last 10 years.
- Production of 80 shows. Some have moved on to commercial/professional TV stations like ZDF.
- Broadcasting of external content: Example CC-licensed Democracy NOW! subtitled, some exchange between German open channels, but not too much, TIDE is a local TV station!
- Method process for content quality: Ask for 5 sentences describing the production idea, then a storyboard, more than 40 different courses for production organised as the AKADEMIE, and so on.

Meeting in studio wit the CEO of TIDE Claudia Willke and Project Manager Nils Schmidt who is running SchnappFisch for 10-20 youth 13-18 years every year, budget 400.000 Euro.

Tina Reimann and Dani Röske - Two students show light design demo, used in American Idol Germany. Demo of white color temperature difference between LED and halogen light.

Tobias Falke - 3D sound demo of Les vacances de Monsieur Hulot (1953) by Jacques Tati. Sound engineer from Peking work with alternative classical music.

Nathalie Mai and Magdalena Blüchert
Video Nord, Süd, Ost, West. Lending out cameras and post production of film. Mixed old analogue and new digital technology.
